We provide residential and commercial landscape construction, hardscaping, grading, drainage, hydroseeding, and related outdoor services throughout the greater Pittsburgh region.

4.1 Service Providers

• Inquiry records (contact form submissions that did not result in a service agreement) are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.
• Customer service records (information related to completed or ongoing work) are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Pennsylvania business record and tax obligations.
• Server logs containing automatically collected technical data are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to for-profit businesses with annual gross revenue exceeding $25 million, that buy, sell, or share personal information of 100,000 or more California residents annually, or that derive 50% or more of their revenue from selling personal information. NRW Landscapes does not meet any of these thresholds and is therefore not subject to the CCPA. However, as a matter of practice, we extend the rights described in this section to all users regardless of location.

7.6 EU/UK Residents

Our services are directed exclusively to residents of the greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. We do not intentionally collect personal information from residents of the European Union or United Kingdom. If you are located in the EU or UK, please do not submit information through our website.
